Ignition 8.1.12: Dropdown Displays Index Instead Of Label

Hello.

I have a screen with 6 dropdowns each with a simple SQL binding on its selected value:

Usually when I open the page the first time in the vision client there is at least one binding that will display the selected index instead of the selected label. Here, Product, Supplier, and Primary Silo are the offenders:

If I close the window and re-open it, the dropdowns are now magically doing what they’re supposed to:

I couldn’t find anyone else with this bug when I tried googling it. Is this a known issue and is there a workaround?
