Hello there i would like to ask if there were other many test about the core certification to practice with them.
I've done the only one i've found on the Practice Test Questions | Inductive Automation Training, i would like to ask if someone knows other types of examples like that.

I have not seen any other practice questions other than the ones you have seen.
There are Practice test prompts, meant as practice material for the Gold Certification Test: Practice Test Prompts | Inductive Automation Training It's up to you to decide whether that's what you want to practice for.
I would advice to build up experience with Ignition, and just attempt the test once you feel confident about your knowledge about the covered topics in the test: Topics Covered | Inductive Automation Training
