Ignition 8.3 Licensing Issues

Hello,

I have recently upgraded from Ignition 8.1 to 8.3.3. However, I am now facing some licensing issues, I figured that when was trying to open the Perspective Workstation and was told “trial expired“ (refer to the screenshot 1). Screenshots 2 and 3 demonstrate the module statuses and current licenses.

I have tried restarting the gateway and it did not help.

v8.1 licenses don't work in v8.3. Did you contact IA sales to upgrade your license? (If you aren't under a support contract, it isn't free.)
