How do I use the Twilio WhatsApp module?
The SMS function works fine (mobile number, sid, account…). I've activated a WhatsApp Business account and created the channel in Twilio, so I have a WhatsApp Messaging SID.
If I understand correctly, I need to use a Meta-approved message template before being able to send messages within a 24-hour window.
However, I don't see how to do this in the module's configuration interface, and the documentation isn't very helpful either…

But, What kind of template do I need to create?
