Hi Guys,
We are currently working on a Maintenance button for Alarms that we would like to disable if the operator were to do some maintenance on the equipment.
However, we encountered some issue by linking to the Alarm Enable/Disable function. Considering that a device had triggered an alarm and need to be maintenance at the same time, the user will disable the active alarm using the Maintenance button and this will remove the active alarm from the alarm list. After normalising the equipment and we release the Maintenance button. The alarm happens to appear on the alarm list even though the alarm tag was normal. The only resolution now is to trigger the specific alarm and normalise it without the Maintenance button.
We had search the forum but we cant seem to find a thread that has resolved this issue.
