Ignition Alarms on Initialization

All,

I understand its a bad practice but here is how our alarm notifications are setup now:

Alarm 1 for when an actual alarm occurs and Alarm 2 for when it becomes normal. Notification profiles are setup for both. I did a reboot of the server today and all Normal condition notifications swamped our inbox. Is there a solution to this?

Change 'Notify Initial Events' to false (the default value):

The “Notify Initial Events” is set to false. Could it be the delay on these alarms that might be causing the issue?
