Ignition and Micrologix 1100 Communication Issue

My ignition (version 8.1.31) can only partially communicate with the Micrologix 1100 PLC. Reading the Data Files(O,I,B,T,C,N) without issue except for Float registers. The OPC Quick Client shows that quality is bad when reading any one of the float registers on Micrologix 1100. At the same time, an EasyBuilder app is reading those float registers on the Micrologix 1100 without any problem. My laptop OS is windows 10.
Any advice about it would be much appreciated!
