I realize this is a long-shot, so I'm not optimistic, but I thought I should at least ask...
Has anyone come up with a way to get Ignition to "subscribe" to Control Logix Alarms as set up in the Alarm Manager?

Rockwell does not publish how 3rd parties would access that data. Sorry.
Perhaps a better alterntive is to leverage Ignition to read an L5X or L5K and create an alarm import for FT SE (I have something in Perspective). I found ALMA/D too heavy and while alarm manager is more integrated, it still uses a lot of PLC memory. FT AE is kind of cool, but IMO the alarms belong in the HMI.
If you are interested in the tool I created please let me know, I don't think it's worth sharing to the masses (because it's clunky), but I don't mind sharing to select individuals.
Edit, I completely misread your post (not sure how), but I will leave it up in case it helps others.
