Ignition cannot write decimal values to cimplicity opc ua server

We are connecting to a General Electric cimplicity opc ua server from ignition.
It is possible to read float values, but only write integers, even when we force it to be a float.

When we write 0.99 from ignition quick client, we receive the ‘successfully wrote 0.9…’ message, but the server receives 1.

Anybody has experienced similar issues?

Would it be possible for you to capture this on Wireshark while security for the connection is set to None?

Hi Kevin

I am unable to upload the files. How can I do?

Thanks

Send an email into support@inductiveautomation.com, and it’ll open up a ticket for you - they can provide some different options to upload larger files.
