Ignition Client cache issue

Hello all, we are currently phasing out panel-views with Ignition clients at our plant and I have come across a recent issue presenting itself. Not all times but every once in a while when I push an update, and then proceed to reboot the client PC it will open up and nothing will happen. We discovered the issue to be resolved after clearing the client cache, is this a known issue or is clearing the cache a “Band-Aid” for another problem? Is there anything that should be configured different? Any documents on this or guidance is appreciated.
