My contact from a plant just called me and said that his copy of the Ignition software is no longer active. Their software is activated by a USB dongle which I have been told is in tact in the host machine.
As soon as they can stop production, I have advised them to restart the server. Beyond this, I am at a loss about what to do. They are currently running in trial mode.
