i was creating a new Style and when i select the opacity slider I am not able to set the value to 0 , it always writes the value 0,00 .
I already tested Designer Launcher 8.1.32 , 8.1.49 and 8.3. rc 1.
When my colleague is using it, it writes 0 or 1 and not 0,00 or 1,00 .
The problem is, with 0,00 it is not working.

This sounds like a problem with locale handling. I'm aware of bug fixes to locale support--you should upgrade. (Or run a test in a temporary gateway with the latest, to see if you can reproduce.)

i was able to fix this. As u were saying it seems like it was a locale thing, i completely removed the german language from windows and set the region format to english (united states).
