Ignition Designer super tiny icons on 3000X2000 screen res

Hello,

I am trying to run Ignition designer on a surface laptop which has a 3000X2000 display and the icons in the designer are super small. Is there a way to fix this issue? Is designer not capable of running on higher-dpi screens?

The only workaround for high DPI support right now is this: http://ignitiontips.blogspot.com/2016/07/java-and-high-dpi-displays.html

Java 9 is supposed to add high DPI support on Windows.

It appears the answer to this post has been removed.
Iā€™m also having a problem with super tiny icons on a Microsoft surface-pro.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
