Ignition doesn´t start on Windows 7 Starter

Hi, I’m trying to run Ignition from my Windows 7 starter, Programs->Inductive Automation->Ignition->Launch Gateway Control Utility, I got this status on GCU screen
Status:
Retrieving
Retrieving
Vresion: Unknown
Port: Unknown
SSL Port: Unknown
I tried things like to run it as Administrator and doesn’t work.
I’m attaching the wrapper log and the command message.
Please would you help me with this issue?

So the error is this: Error: could not open `C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'

Can you check that location to see if the file exists? Does it look like Java 6 is properly installed there?

the required file is located here : C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\i386\jvm.cfg
also I have installed the same file in another location like:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib\i386
and
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_25\jre\lib\i386

Should I reinstall the Java?

I reinstalled Java 7u21. After I reinstall Ignition.
Now the GCU is launched. I’m rolling up Ignition.

Dear all,
I got the same error on a 8.0.9 gateway instance, after a restart of the gateway service.
I found the jvm.cfg file in C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\lib\runtime\jre-win.zip.

Why did it disappear? How could I fix this issue?
