I’ve also put in a ticket with IA, and will share here what I find out, but just in case anyone has already seen this issue…
We are trying to use the audit log feature on an Edge gateway. We have a couple of scripts, one that is a gateway level tag change event script, and one that we want to add to all of the buttons/controls. Both use system.util.audit to create entries.
Or so I would have thought. After disabling the gateway level script, and testing this with a button that has system.util.audit vs one that doesn't, the tag writes displayed the exact same way in our table regardless. Am I misunderstanding something about how system.util.audit works on Edge? Do we not need to do this?
