Hi everyone,
As I login to ignition edge web page then launch designer, the designer login window keeps on prompting endlessly (see attached).
any reason why this happens? how do I fix it?

The ignition edge is installed in Opto Groove Epic. I can launch the edge webpage from my PC and see connections, status, etc.
However, when I try to launch the designer from the edge webpage, I get the error described above.
I could be highlighted that ignition gateway is also installed in the same PC and have used to design perspective screens.
the solution turned out to be switching the Opto Groove Epic device which hosts ignition edge. Now it is all working properly
