Ignition Edge - HistorianSyncable - Error Synchronized Data

I have Ignition Edge installed on the plant, and Ignition Gateway on the cloud.
From the Ignition Edge we can ping the Ignition Gateway, and Diagnostic at Gateway Network setting on Ignition Gateway also show successfully connection.

However Data synchronization always shows error:
