Ignition Edge Version: 8.0.7 (b2019122014)

So I just moved a project over from being full-Ignition to running on Ignition Edge and I have a single script that is run on tag-change. I broke it out into the Script Library so I wasn’t copy-pasting it everywhere. However, the script doesn’t seem to be working and I’m getting the error Script manager is disabled in this platform edition. despite Scripting showing up in Designer, implying that I should be able to use scripts. I haven’t heard anything saying Scripting isn’t available in Ignition Edge.

If needed, I can move this script off the edge, so it’s not a deal-breaker for me. But I just want to make sure I’m not running into a bug.

Tag change scripts are gateway scripts, and gateway scripting (for now) is not allowed in Edge.

I’ll be shocked if ever allowed, as it can subvert Edge’s other restrictions.
