I would like to know if it is possible to block the access of a client to windows bakcground. Currently, if a project runs in full screen it’s still possible to press Windows key and access to the desktop. Other scada like wincc and intouch, have that option implemented. I need this to denied the access to an operator.

Sure, but you also didn’t say what OS you were running. Sometimes the classics are the best.
