Downloaded ignition 7.9.12 and restored a 7.9.10 gateway. Control utility says gateway is faulted and won’t start

The logs you’ve attached are dated January and show Ignition 7.9.10 starting. Are you sure you’ve grabbed the right ones?
Can you check which version of Java you have installed as well?
