Insufficient data. The wrapper doesn't contain a complete start ==> shutdown cycle, largely due to long-ago fixed bugs (NPEs) in the tag initialization sequence.
IA Support might be able to help, if they are willing to touch this ancient, unsupported version. You should plan on upgrading. (Yes, $$. Sorry.)
