Ignition Gateway not loading

Hi all,

While loading Gateway page it shows blank page in UI.

Can someone help to fix this issue

You'll have to look in the install directory to retrieve the wrapper.log file, and study the errors near the end for clues. Or share with us to help you look at it. Or open a support ticket if the exposure would be a problem.

Please share more information as pturmel mentioned or provide clarification on the below so is easier to isolate the issue accurately:

  • Was this screenshot taken from the server/PC hosting the gateway?

  • Is the service confirmed to be running?

  • Was the service configured to use port 8088?

  • Have there been any recent cybersecurity or firewall changes on the computer hosting the service?

  • Was the system previously operational, or are you currently commissioning the gateway?

  • Is the gateway and projects running but gateway web service inaccessible, or is the entire service stopped?

Also check that javascript is enabled in your browser.

  • Is the service confirmed to be running? - Yes Ignition windows service running

  • Was the service configured to use port 8088? - Yes

  • Have there been any recent cybersecurity or firewall changes on the computer hosting the service? - No

  • Was the system previously operational, or are you currently commissioning the gateway? - This was working gateway it is happening randomly.

  • Is the gateway and projects running but gateway web service inaccessible, or is the entire service stopped? Could you please guide me how to check on this
