Hi,
Last night Ive received a call from our client with the following problem. Suddenly they lost connection with the server (Gateway Connection Lost message appeared) and could not reestablish it anymore. Ive pinged the server and it was ok, so it was not a network problem.
Then I`ve tried to launch the HMI from the server itself, but then again it got stuck. I restarted the Ignition service and everithing became normal.
