I used TIA V.18 from Siemens With Simatic S7-1500 as PLC. For HMI , I used Ignition Platform V 8.1.18. I used OPC-UA for communication between S7-1500 and Ignition.
The problem I have is the numbers flash to zeros, even though the values from PLC did not change. I used trap to test this.

What sort of trap? Did you monitor these on Designer's Tag Browser?
Is there any error overlay on the Ignition Vision or Perspective HMI?
When do they flash to zero? In some circumstances this is expected behavior.
It is random and I can not predict. Sometimes only 1 flashes and sometimes all of them flash.
Does this happen when you first open the window, or while the window has already been open?
