Ignition Installation issue

While installing ignition-8.1.28-windows-64-installer after providing Admin Name and Password, The Ignition Banner/Pop up getting open and after 4-5 seconds getting disappeared.

#Even after couple of restart also Ignition not getting installed.
#Downlodaed latest setup.file also.

What could be wrong/Issue??
