Hi All,
Ignition keeps restarting and I receive the following error:
HTTP ERROR 503 Service Unavailable
URI: /idp/default/authn/login
STATUS: 503
MESSAGE: Service Unavailable
I found this in the logs:

These errors are from the DNP3 driver and not likely related to whatever else is going on.
Can you upload your log file(s) somewhere?
Is there anywhere else I can upload the file? The logger file is 33MB

I compressed the file to a .zip
I think you may need to call into support and provide the wrapper.log files as well - I don't see anything in these logs about the gateway restarting.
I'm guessing you're running out of memory or freezing up and getting restarted by the service wrapper. They'll have to take a closer look at your setup.
