We have an Ignition license that allows a maximum of three sessions. However, we’re facing an issue where, even after a user logs out and closes the Perspective workstation, the Gateway still shows a total of three active sessions.
As a result, when another user tries to log in, an error appears indicating that the session limit has been exceeded.

Sessions have an idle timeout. If closed abruptly at the browser, there's no notification to the gateway, and the session will continue to exist until it times out. Set a short timeout.
