I am using Ignition demo version 7.6.3 and most of the time I get this error message when I reset trial version.
“[color=#FF0000]Cannot browse connection “Ignition OPC-UA Server” when connection state is CONNECTING[/color]”
[color=#FF0000]“Cannot browse connection “Ignition OPC-UA Server” when connection state is FAULTED”[/color]
so every time I need to restart gateway to fix this problem.
is this problem occur only in demo version or anyone experience this issue in licensed version also?
We found and fixed a deadlock that could cause the UA client to get stuck during reconnect for the 7.6.5 release. If you could get a thread dump from the threads tab of the gateway console while it’s stuck we might be able to confirm that’s the problem.
