Ignition Perspective Application - View scaling issues on Android 14

I’m developing a Perspective application (Ignition 8.3.1) designed to run on a Honeywell CT37 mobile device. The application uses a Form component set to fit the mobile screen without scrolling and runs within the Perspective Mobile App for Android.

When testing in Chrome DevTools (mobile emulation) on my desktop, everything works fine. However, on the physical mobile device, the View is sometimes larger than the screen, forcing the user to scroll.

I have tested this on two identical Honeywell devices. On one device, it displays correctly; on the other, it does not (see attached pictures—left is correct, right is incorrect).

Environment details:

  • OS: Android 14 (both devices)

  • App Version: Ignition Perspective App v1.0.9-93 (Sep 12, 2025)

  • Hardware: Honeywell CT37

The issue seems to be related to Android system settings rather than the Ignition project itself, but I am unsure which settings to check to achieve consistent behavior.

I would appreciate any suggestions on what might be causing this discrepancy.

Are you sure the Honeywell devices are both fully up-to-date with Android patches, app updates, etc?

Device are on the same version. If I try to update Android then it say that it is on the latest version. I did manualy check version numbers of Android, Chrome and Ignition Perspective Application on both devices and they are the same.

Does one user have their font size or zoom or something like that set higher?
