I can not find my gateway on the search on the ignition perspective application on my iphone , knowing that it is working on my desktop

I created an inbound rule to allow incoming connection through port 8088 and still my gateway is not found ,

I also tried typing the address manually http://IP:8088 and cannot be found

please let me know what else can i do and tell me which IP adress should i use , in case i am using the wrong one

Did you confirm you are on the same network as your gateway? Does your access point allow traffic to the gateway? Can you ping the gateway IP?

Not sure about how to check if traffic is allowed.

You can install an app to try and ping the gateway

Do you know who manages it? Ask them :slight_smile:

I'm running 8.1.25 and have no issues using chrome on iPhone 11 and desktops on the network. http:ip:8088 on both. Something on your network is blocking it, check your router if it is a combined ISP router/firewall/wireless AP

Is the gateway on a VM?

Thank you guys for helping , the problem is solved , I created a new inbound rule with the same setting as before , tried the different IP addresses presented in gateway status page and it worked !
