What is the best method for backing up my Perspective project as I continue to make progress on it?

I understand for a gateway backup is good idea to download the backup from the gateway.

For a project backup I guess would be good to export that project in case the project breaks

My method when I work in perspective, I create archive folders within my project and before I do any work I make a copy of that resource. That way I can easily roll back. Later I'll delete those files, or move them somewhere else.

You can also export the entire project, or parts of a project.
