Ignition Perspective Mobile Full Screen Issue

Has anyone else ran into issues with the perspective mobile client cutting off the bottom of the screen? I have been struggling with this for weeks. If I launch my test project in the perspective mobile client it displays in full screen, fitting the display window exactly. But when the device goes to sleep or I lock the mobile device and then unlock it, the perspective mobile client app cuts off the bottom porting of the screen, requiring me to scroll to get to the bottom. It has done this on several android devices and it only does it in the mobile client app. If I use a mobile browser I do not have any issues. I have tried with various different containers and all seem to experience the same issue.

Sounds like a bug worth reporting to support.

It drives me bonkers but I've been too busy to call in to support :frowning:

I created a case this morning and I am waiting on a response. Since my custom menu bar sits on the bottom, it is a real pain.

I got a response back from support. Here is the response below:

I did some testing and was able to replicate the issue. I did do some digging here and there seems to already be a bug ticket created for this exact issue. I went ahead and applied for your ticket number and left a note that you have run into this as well. Once the ticket is marked as solved, an email will go out with information such as the release version with the fix. Unfortunately, the only workaround at this moment for the issue is to close out the project and re-open it. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. For your reference, the bug ticket is PM-86. Before I close out this ticket, please let me know if you have other questions I can help you with.

Have you received any updates from Ignition on this bug? I'm experiencing the same issue on Android 11.
