Ignition Perspective Unable to Load in Browser

Ignition Perspective keeps blocking my attempts to open a Perspective Page in a url web browser. It says that "No Identity Provider Configured", but that is not true. It also says I must log in to continue onto the page, but the login button is greyed out and unusable. When I try to force a logout and log back in, now my previously accepted password is invalid.

I'm kind of at a loss as to what is happening.

I see this error when I open the project properties in Designer.

When I try to launch a page from Perspective in a URL I see this:

I believe I solved my own issue. I had to reboot the Ignition Gateway and re-add the IdP parameters, and it worked. Something was bugged it looks like.
