I have a power chart and when a mouse is connected, the pan and zoom feature works by scrolling the wheel and dragging the mouse across the trend. However, the touch screen that's being used isn't doing anything to the trend chart, even in pan and zoom mode. I confirmed that the touch screen is capable of multi-touch. I can go to another view with PDFs inside an iFrame and I can pinch-zoom and pan there. But not on the trends. Is the Power Chart capable of gestures ? How does one use the pan and zoom feature with a touchscreen?
And of course I have my answer. I think.
I had a binding on the tick marks property for the X Axis. Once I took the binding off and set the property to Auto, pinch zooming worked on my phone. I'm going to confirm with my other edge device, but if it fixed it on my phone, then whatever other problem there might be would be device-related.
Edit: It works on my other devices too. That was the issue.
