I am running on version 8.1.2.
Since last week my query tags are not working. They show no data in Ignition. I can run the same query in the db and get the expected results. We restarted the Gateway and that fixed it for a day or so, now it is doing it again.
Any ideas on where to start looking
Check your gateway logs for tag errors under status → diagnostics → logs. Also, check your database details. Go to status → Databases ->Details for the database the tags use and look at your longest query runs.
Side note: Any reason why you haven’t updated to v8.1.20? There is little risk involved when upgrading patch releases.
