How can I set ignition server to be auto start in Raspberry PI?

the ignition server should run as a service on the computer it is installed on. is the service running?
In Raspberry PI is different. It’s not service and I add it to /etc/rc.local to make it auto start.
May be I’m wrong and I need to confirm best method to do that.
