Ignition Support Contract

Hello: I have a (Paid) support contract for my Ignition software, but it seems that MUST only work if I place a phone call to them.

I am out of the office so much and most of the time my cell phone has no signal, so I really prefer EMAIL (Create a support ticket) but they must not consider this procedure to be part of the Support Contract because the amount of time it takes for them to respond is very slow.

I know some of you on this forum work for Inductive Automation so if you see this could you maybe ask
support to look at my service ticket(110865), I have a log file that is attached to it also.


Issues like this are best addressed with your sales rep so they can properly escalate the issue.
