Ignition support fixing time guarantee


Does Inductive Automation mention somewhere, in a document or on a website, what time of fixing a problem can they guarantee? Sometimes our clients demands from us such guarantees of failure removal.

You’ll have to talk to your sales agent to see what might be possible beyond the normal support options, but I don’t think any option guarantees a fix within a certain time. I’m not sure that is even possible with software. I’m curious what software suppliers have ever given you such guarantees.


Definitely a question for sales, but I agree with Phil - I would never offer a guaranteed timeline on bug fixes.
