I’ve noticed that when I modify my tag group configuration (either through the Designer or via script)—for example, changing the tag leasing rate from 1500 ms to 2000 ms—sometimes the change works as expected and is reflected on the Gateway Device Connections page after a few seconds. However, in other cases, the update does not propagate to the Gateway, and I end up having to recreate the device connection (using the Allen-Bradley Logix Driver) for the change to take effect.
I’m wondering what the root cause of this behavior might be, and whether there’s a reliable way to prevent or resolve this issue. Thanks for your help.
