is there are way to prevent user from pressing ALT+F4, CTRL+ALT+DEL or accessing window feature if their use role is not administrator?
i would like to prevent people from shutting down the runtime or use the computer. Thanks for the help.
Not within Ignition, no. Java doesn’t expose anything like that because it varies so much among the supported platforms. I understand there are a number of third-party applications in Windows that can help with this (there definitely used to be – I hardly do any windows now-a-days). It’s relatively simple in Linux to launch an Ignition client in place of the desktop in select user accounts, logging off if the client exits.
