I will post picture here as you can see in tree view Window is having some gap with Navigation tree when viewed in “Client”.
In designer I dont see any gap.

That’s due to Component Layout. New components in a new project default to a relative-center layout, which is adding the gap.
Right-click on the component and select Layout from the menu. You can change the settings through the resulting popup.
