Recently I tried to upgrade the Ignition Version From 8.1.37 to 8.1.45 on my server, but i couldn't because an error occurs and install cancelled during the large gateway back up creation.
What do i need to do?

Typically the first thing I'd do in this situation is call support. They are especially helpful if you can provide remote access to the machine through a screen share session.
There are probably more details in the wrapper logs and stuff like that.
