We are using Ignition HMI V7.3.7 b642 on Windows XP since 2012 with KEPserver EX 5 and MySQL. Now we upgrade the PC to Windows 7 professional 32bit. Installation is done successfully. and run good. But due to some reason we needed to change OS to Windows 7 Professional SP1 32bit and re-installed Ignition. Installation is successfully done but HMI does not go to runtime/Designer. we use Java 6.0. but tried Java 7 also.
Is it possible that Windows 7 SP1 will not support and we need go back to Windows 7
It’s definitely supported on Windows 7. Do you get any error messages? Are there any errors in the logs?
