Hi, our client appears to have an issue with the backup server (redundant server). it doesn’t appear to be configuring the opc-ua devices correctly. It is varying between number of devices listed and varies in the amount connected. For example, the master server has 6 connected devices, but the backup will show 0/4 connected, 2/4 connected, 0/2 connected…
There doesn’t appear to be any error on the log file, we have rebooted each server.
This system has ran for 5 years or so without any issues, I’m not aware of any changes to either servers configuration, the ports are enabled for comms, and each server shows connected.
Anyone any ideas?
