Ignition window not reducible

I have a little configuration problem, how can I make an ingnition window reducible in size so that it's not full screen all the time?

In the project's launch properties, you can select whether to allow full-screen mode, windowed mode, or both, and if both, which is default. You would then alter the shortcut in your Vision Client Launcher to use your preference.

yes I know that but I'm surprised that didn't work. that's why I'm asking.
here is what I selected

I applied the changes and saved the project. but the session still always on full screen
are the modification not published ? how can I check that ?

You have to change the launcher shortcut too.
