Add an Ignore Schedule option to the Notification Block or On-Call Roster.
This will allow for a ‘Last Resort’ notification where the normal notifications has failed to reach anyone. Currently I have to create two user accounts for people who are on the ‘Last Resort’ list, one that the user adjusts for their regular work schedule and a second account where the user’s schedule is set to always for use in the ‘Last Resort’ roster.
