Igntion OPC UA loopback server fault

Hello Team,

        I am facing this error for Igntion OPC loopback server. The server is stated faulted please help me out to resolve the issue. I am attaching error pic with error log.

Please fix your post. Remove the leading blanks from your paragraph--that's messing up its formatting. Place triple back-quotes on a line above and a line below the error backtrace, so it will be "Pre-formatted". Or highlight all of the backtrace text and use the pre-formatted text button. Here are a few questions that could give you some directions to go in. Are there any other software programs that could possibly be using that port? Have there been any recent changes to your firewall that could be causing the issue? Are you sure the server is running?

  1. There are no softwares using that port.
  2.  No any changes other than opening 62541 port.
  3.   Yes the server is running.
