Image in report won't save to PDF

(Sorry if this was answered elsewhere. Can’t find it. Please refer if it is)

An image in our report is not saving to the pdf file either when right click, run “Save as PDF” or when using saveToPDF() or binaryToPDF() in code.

How do we get it to save to the pdf?

Turned out to be something with Acrobat Reader 10 not showing the image.
Ignition created the pdf file just fine.
I updated Acrobat Reader to version 11 and all is fine.
