I have an image that shows in the designer but when I push the changes to the runtime it appears as a piece of paper with a red x. The image is in the image database. Not sure why there would be a difference between the 2.
I don't know what changed, but it is now working after another push up to the runtime. Nobody touch it!
I saw this a little while back in another question. The problem ended up being a memory issue.

Yep that was it. I was also having issues with the runtime running wildly slow and this fixed that as well. Thank you!
Also for anyone who is looking at this in the future. In the designer go to Project Properties > Vision > Launching > Then at the bottom you can raise the client memory settings.
