running Designer 8.1.27. i notice that, despite setting the anchor correctly, the image still rotates around an unknown point. witness:
you can clearly see where the anchor is (50%, 28.5%) BUT the actual point of rotation is NOT that point.
can someone elucidate me as to why this is and how to fix it? it's making my gauges look drunk.
